In case of any change in the equipment inventory after the quote has been approved, The Company reserves the right to change the quote based on actual inventory available for the collection. By accepting these terms, the customer also agrees to accept the revised quote.
3.4. Data Destruction: We offer data destruction services to ensure the secure erasure of data from recycled equipment. The cost of data destruction is charged based on the type of service.
4.1. Accurate Information:You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services and to promptly update such information as necessary.
4.2. Compliance with Laws:You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5.1. Service Fees: Fees for our Services will be based on actual pick-up inventory. The Company will quote a pick-up fee based on the inventory list provided for collection. 5.2. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified on the invoice generated for each pick-up.
